Adoption of the Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan

Following the Planning Inspector for the Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan (VALP) Examination issuing his final report to the council a meeting of the Buckinghamshire Council on 15 September 2021 determined to adopt the VALP as modified to accord with the Inspector’s findings. This letter is formal notification of the adoption of the plan. For your convenience a copy of the VALP adoption statement is attached.
